Lindsay Lohan - It’s A Damn Shame

Lindsay has been looking fantastic since she came out of rehab. But now she might be going away again (rehab and/or prison) for a while after she was arrested early this morning:

The 21-year-old actress was booked on two misdemeanor charges of suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license and two felony charges of possession of cocaine and transport of a narcotic, Talbot said.

A breath test was conducted and her blood alcohol was between .12 percent and .13 percent, Talbot said. California’s legal limit is 0.08 percent.

During a pre-booking search, police found cocaine in one of her pants pockets, Talbot said.

Since Paris Hilton did time without the felony cocaine charges, you would think Lindsay is looking at jail time too. What a waste.
